Anthony Muisyo's digital collage depicts the Tom Mboya airlift programme which took place between 1959 and 1963. The programme provided hundreds of Kenyan students an opportunity to study in the United States and Canada, pre-empting mass educational mobility in the era of globalisation. His images depict the exciting, scary and surreal experience young peoplè go through as they try and forge careers for themselves.
